Manchester Bach Choir’s next concert will be on Sat 8th April at Emmanuel Church in Didsbury at 7.30. The main choral works of the evening will be Monteverdi: Beatus Vir; Mozart: Solemn Vespers and Michael Haydn: Requiem. The choir will be joined by guest soprano, alto, tenor and bass soloists and accompanied by a chamber orchestra which will include harpsichord, alto, tenor and bass trombones along with trumpets, bassoon, strings and timpani. Tickets for this concert can be reserved by phoning the choir secretary Carol Scott, on 0161 366 0532. http://www.manchesterbachchoir.com/
